Important Notice as per order of the Higher Education Dept., GoWB,

Memo No. 996-Edn (CS)/10M-95/2014 Dated 28.09.2021




2nd CALL FOR FILLING THE VACANCIES IN B.A. / B.SC. 1st YEAR ADMISSION 2021; SPECIAL DRIVES FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE NOT GOT ADMISSION IN ANY OTHER COLLEGES

All applicants seeking admission in different B.A. / B.Sc. Hons. and General courses- 2021 are hereby specifically advised not to be entertained by any outsider as the entire online admission process is totally computerised. Personal intervention can’t regulate this process.

To expedite the filling up of residual vacancies in various 1st Year B.A/B.Sc. Honours and General courses, 2021, it is decided that the next phase of admission will be based on the following processes, strictly based on the merit scores and current vacancies, if any.

Ø FRESH ONLINE APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR FILLING UP THE VACANCIES Only FOR B.A./B.Sc. 1ST YEAR PHILOSOPHY (H) & SANSKRIT (H) & ECONOMICS (H)- 2021. THE PORTAL FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE OPENED FROM 30.09.2021 TO 01.10.2021 TILL 06:00 P.M. ADMISSION CRITERIA REMAIN UNCHANGED. SEPARATE MERIT/ ADMISSION LIST WILL BE PUBLISHED ON 03.10.2021 (IF NECESSARY) AND ONLINE PAYMENT OF ADMISSION FEES FOR ENLISTED APPLICANTS WILL BE STARTED FROM 03.10.2021 (AFTER 4.00 P.M) AND CONTINUES TILL 05.10.2021, 11.59 P.M.

Ø APPLICANTS WHO  HAVE NOT GOT ADMISSION IN ANY OTHER COLLEGES, AND REGISTERED/TICK THEIR WISHES WITHIN 14.09.2021 AGAINST OUR EARLIER NOTIFICATION, DATED, 11/9/2021, MAY SEND REQUEST FOR ADMITTING IN THIS COLLEGE ONLY THROUGH ADMISSION PORTAL HELP-DESK BY LOG-IN TO STUDENTS PORTAL USING ID AND PASSWORD STRICTLY WITHIN 30.09.2021 TO 01.10.2021 TILL 06:00 P.M. (REQUESTS SENT THROUGH ANY OTHER MODES, SUCH AS, E-MAILS, HARD-COPIES ETC., WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED). Among them, eligible students, if any, may be communicated through message for payment of admission fees and the portal for payments of fess will be open FROM 03.10.2021 (AFTER 4.00 P.M) AND CONTINUES TILL 05.10.2021, 11.59 P.M.

Ø Students, who have already sent their requests through help- desk, do not send repetitive requests.

All applicants in the merit list are asked to follow the admission process carefully in the website day by day during this period.  However, Message for payment of admission fees will be sent to the Registered Mobile no. (RMN) of the applicants. An e-mail alert may also be sent to the email id of the selected candidates in the admission list.
